TPC on a baking spree : Mini Double Chocolate Muffin

i know i have been neglecting to contribute to the blog. sorry kitty! as you know, i have been distracted! hehehehe! anyhow, had the nieces over today and they requested this. presenting..... Mini Double Chocolate Muffin.
from the top, fresh from the oven and paper peeled off, then just to show the dark inside, then going....going...and GONE!!!
