TPC on a baking spree : Blue Iced Chocolate Cupcakes

at a recent get together with the BFF's , cupcakes need to be made. i am usually a pink cupcake kinda girl. but i decided to go for baby blue this time. also to show off my brilliant Wilton Cupcake Stand.
