Having spent the first 2 days of Raya both receiving guests (at one point the house was inundated with relatives that we had to stop guests from entering the house for 10 minutes *note to parents: next time we should set up some sort of tent (or kem as is the common term used here) to accomodate guests who come in one go!?!) and catching up on my sleep (yes it can be exhausting!?!), I finally went to my first open house for this year (searching for food at Ber's open house does not count..) courtesy of Miss E.
Looking all glammed up *pwweeeeeeeet*, Miss E and her family were the perfect hosts...the highlight being the mouthwatering cakes whipped up by Miss E's mum..mmm..I can still feel the taste of her chocolate fantasy cake *wipes drool off my face* .. looks like I'm losing my battle with supposedly eating in moderation! And this is only the 3rd day!?!
