You know something isn't right with the world when wearing the same dress in three separate occasions makes the headline news. And this is no ordinary person, no sirree. The culprit being none other than the infamous ice queen of the fashion world herself, Anna Wintour. I won't even attempt to make any guesses, let alone analyse the reasons behind this farce but if she's trying to start a new trend which the rest of us have been doing all along a.k.a recycling, she's definitely in for a surprise!
