TPC : Pink Velvet Cupcakes

Greetings and a happy new year to all our readers. I haven't blogged for a while, I know. Been away for spiritual enlightenment and reassurance.
Anyhow, I have been busy in the kitchen and this is my latest experiment.
Kitty, Medulla, Miss J, Adam's Mama and various other friends were very very happy with them. Made for the girlie get-together for new year. Enjoy!
