Sure she's living the so-called perfect life (is there ever such a thing? But let's leave that for another day..) - wealth, a good-looking husband, kids, famous pals, roofs over her head - but one thing for certain is that money can't make those stretch marks go away..
..and what is it with her fascination with showing her nipples ANYWAY??? Nothing sexy about 'em!
