If there's anything that I've learnt in recent weeks from working overtime is this...
Hard work does not cure all ills.
It is our responsibility to know what our limits are, push for increased awareness and collaboration as well as seek out support from others... rather than attempting to take it all on board ourselves.
This is not just for own sakes... but all others.
We can move great distances, in shorter time and with minimal wind when we learn to understand and appreciate this.
