Dilemma?

So there I was filling in the compulsory disembarkation card when I reached the part which read "Purpose of Visit". The choices which were presented to me include 'Business', 'Official Mission', 'Leisure', 'Convention' and 'Others'...which is the correct description for my trip? Business or Official Mission?

If I were to choose 'Business' that would imply I'm conducting some sort of business dealings with potential partners or even purchasing stuff for, say, my shop. Attending a meeting could also be included in that definition, right?

On the other hand, the fact that I'm attending some meeting on behalf of my office could be seen as an 'Official Mission'.

And what about those instances when you have to choose between 'Miss' or 'Ms'. What is THAT all about??

Sometimes it just doesn't help when we are presented with so many choices including variations of those choices. Life could probably be much simpler if we'd just stick to the basics so why create confusion and trouble..
