Global warming

"I propose a limitation be put on how many squares of toilet paper can be used in any one sitting" Sheryl Crow's suggestion on how to wipe out global warming

And anyone caught using more than x number of toilet paper will be fined and sent to prison for 3 months. Yikes!!!!
