The break-up

So the inevitable finally happened. Prince William and Kate Middleton are no longer an item. The break-up making headline news everywhere.

And the knives have come out in full force...particularly against Kate. C'mon, even if some papers are placing speculation that William dumped Kate via telephone and that William had been photographed with a couple of females - thus making him look like a cad (a royal cad, that is)..I'm pretty sure the papers aren't going to villify William.

After all, this is the same fella who'd lost his mother and was seen by millions worldwide walking bravely alongside his father, grandfather, younger brother and uncle as his late mother's coffin made the final journey to wherever it was....awwww *sniff* *sniff*

Kate, you hang in there sweetie. Forget what Ivana Trump told Goldie, Diane and Bette in The First Wives Club about not getting mad but getting even...it'll just backfire on you especially when you're dealing with these people. William may or, worst case scenario, may not realise what he's missing out on but life sure has a funny way of telling us that the grass is definitely greener on the other side.

Besides does Kate seriously want to live in that type of world where, yes she'll have access to all the good things that life can offer i.e. wealth and status, but at the same time is filled with muted feelings, wackiness (case in point William's father!), backstabbing amongst others?? Doubt she or anyone will be happy - in the long term, that is.

And, AND!! It's not the end of the world..maybe it is for her parents but as the saying goes, if it's not meant to be, then it's NOT.

On a side note, William..I'll still forgive you for this minor hiccup. If you're ever in this part of the world, do look me up!
